La tecnica Straight Wire vestibolare è ancora oggi molto utilizzata. La crescente necessità di trattamenti personalizzati e la maggiore attenzione posta al movimento dentale hanno però evidenziato i limiti di questo workflow basato principalmente su un set-up base. Da qui l’evoluzione dell’approccio ISW che integra il set-up base con ausiliari ordinari e straordinari quali elastici, rialzi e ancoraggi reticolari.
Questo corso intende presentare il razionale ed il flusso di lavoro ISW utilizzato per aumentare la predicibilità, l’efficacia e l’efficienza del set-up base delle diverse sistematiche Straight Wire, che non sempre permette di ottenere lo spostamento dentario pianificato.

- Ridurre l’insorgenza di movimenti anomali
- Valutare preventivamente l’esito clinico del set-up base
- Integrare il set-up base ritenuto inadeguato e poco efficiente con ausiliari ordinari
